For time-sensitive deliveries and your most demanding customers, we offer 1-hour and 4-hour delivery windows as part of our Guaranteed Timing add-on.

1. Schedule a pick-up.
Use our partner portal to schedule pick-ups up to 30 days in advance or up to noon the day before delivery.

2. We grab the goods.
Behind the scenes, we match you with one of our friendly, trained drivers. On the morning of pick-up, you’ll get a text when they’re en route.

3. Same-day drop-off.
Your driver carefully delivers the shipment to its destination the same day it’s picked up. You’ll receive proof of delivery photos.
