Edit a delivery request
Summary
You can quickly edit a delivery request using the Partner Portal up until 12:00 PM the day before the delivery. This guide will walk you through the different ways you can edit a delivery request.
Edit using the Delivery Calendar
1. Log in to the Partner Portal. You will be presented with the Dashboard page.
2. From the Dashboard page, using the Delivery Calendar, navigate to and click on the day of the delivery request you need to edit. You will be presented with a list of deliveries for that day.
3. Click on the delivery you would like to edit. You will be presented with the Step 1 - Where page.
4. Update the delivery request details as required.
5. Click Step 2. You will be presented with the Step 2 - When & What page.
6. Update the delivery request details as required.
7. Click Update it to save the delivery request. We will be notified of the change; there is no need to contact us.
Edit using the Deliveries page
1. Log in to the Partner Portal. You will be presented with the Dashboard page.
2. From the main menu, click on Deliveries. You will be presented with the Deliveries page with today’s scheduled deliveries shown.
3. If you would like to edit a delivery request scheduled for a future date, click Future. Otherwise, continue to Step 4.
4. Locate the delivery request you would like to edit and click on the pencil icon. You will be presented with the Step 1 - Where page.
5. Update the delivery request details as required.
6. Click Step 2. You will be presented with the Step 2 - When & What page.
7. Update the delivery request details as required.
8. Click Update it to save the delivery request. We will be notified of the change; there is no need to contact us.
