After giving our account managers the go ahead, we’ll create a Starling delivery account for you.
You will receive an email with instructions for logging into Starling’s Partner Portal and setting your password.
When you log in to the Partner Portal for the first time, we’ll walk you through how to:
Complete your user profile
Complete your company information, including notification preferences by user
Add billing information and authorized payments (required before making delivery requests)
Review Starling’s Terms of Service (required before making delivery requests)

4. Add packaging, addresses, and defaults
Before you start making delivery requests, we strongly recommend making use of convenience features found in the Partner Portal. Taking the time upfront to add all your packaging types to your Packaging Preset list and common shipping addresses to your Address Book will make it even easier to create delivery requests—you can even set defaults.
